If you do find that any of the products you receive from Muddy Paws Cornwall is not received in a satisfactory way we will refund you but will request you either return the product (provided they are as new, and in fully resalable condition) OR ask you to send photos of the damaged goods. 

We have a 30 day return policy on non food/cosmetic items. These items will be fully refunded (not the postage) if they are faulty or incorrect size ordered. Items that look damaged due to misuse will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

 

Costs of return postage will be at your expense unless the goods are faulty. You are advised to get proof of postage and postal insurance, as we cannot refund any items that is not returned to us, even if they are lost in transit. If an item has been specially ordered for you, the product will be non-refundable. "
